About Our Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same product.
Please attach clear photos showing the issue and contact us at info@levanarose.com


Size, Color, or Variation Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us at the email above.
Once we confirm stock availability, we will let you know whether the exchange is possible.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.


Can I Return My Order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All original accessories and parts are included, and the item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The item is in normal condition, without damage caused by misuse or neglect.

  • For hygiene-sensitive products, please ensure proper cleaning before returning.

  • Any defective item must be reported immediately upon receipt.


Return Procedure

If you wish to return your order, please follow these steps:

1. Send Us an Email

2. Include the Following Information

Please include the following details in your message:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos clearly showing the item’s condition (returns without photos cannot be accepted)

  • Your full name

  • Your address

3. Return Address Information

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We currently do not offer a free return service.

4. Inspection and Processing

Once your returned item arrives, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days.
If all conditions are met, your return will be officially approved.

If the item has been used or damaged, we may refuse the return.
All return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse located in Europe.
The return address will be provided via email after your request is confirmed.
Please do not return items to the original sender’s address.


Cancellation Policy

If you made a purchase as an individual customer, the following cancellation rules apply:

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them.

  • As our system processes orders automatically, cancellations are not possible after that time or once processing has begun.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item.

If you wish to cancel, please send us a clear statement of intent (for example, via email).
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, the cancellation will be finalized.


Cancellation During Shipment

Some orders may be shipped from our international warehouses, which can result in longer delivery times.
Once shipping has started, your order cannot be canceled.
Please accept the delivery first, then follow the return process if needed.
We recommend checking your shipment status once you receive the shipping confirmation email.


Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is approved, we will refund the product price.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable (if you selected a delivery option other than standard shipping, the price difference will not be refunded).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we confirm receipt of the returned item.


Refund Confirmation

When your refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because it was refused or not collected from the designated pickup location,
a handling and shipping fee of AUD 40 will be deducted from your refund.
